Supplier image rights and consent declaration

This declaration applies to every photograph you upload to an EastCard listing. You are asked to confirm it before uploading, and your confirmation is recorded against each file together with the date and your supplier account.

By confirming, you declare that you took the photographs yourself, or that you otherwise hold the rights to use and publish them, and that you are entitled to give EastCard permission to display them.

You grant EastCard a non-exclusive licence to display, resize and reproduce the photographs in order to present and promote your listing on the EastCard website and its marketing channels. You keep ownership of your images and may ask us to remove them at any time.

Where a person can be identified in a photograph, you declare that they have agreed to appear in images used to promote your business. Where that person is a child, you declare that a parent or guardian has agreed on their behalf.

You must not upload an image taken from a search engine, a booking site, a social media account or another business, and you must not upload an image of a person who has not agreed to appear in it.

EastCard relies on this declaration and does not independently verify where an uploaded image came from. If a rights holder or a person shown in an image objects, we will remove it, and you remain responsible for any claim arising from an image you uploaded.
